Fantastic vacation property!

You won’t be disappointed with this rental property! Everything has been redone with quality finishes. It’s on the top floor - end unit of the building. It’s quiet and very clean (including patio and outdoor furniture). It’s a short walk to the beach and a 5 min drive to the main resort area. We had a fabulous stay and I know you will too!!

Great Stay!

The unit is clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great area! The property management group was great and very helpful. The only complaint was that the owner does not respond to any messages. This only became an issue when we attempted to extend our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic girls weekend

The condo was wonderful, spacious rooms, comfy beds, everything we needed in the kitchen, and beautiful views from the balconies. The only thing is that is that the listing says 8 guests but there are only enough beds for 6, so that was a little confusing. We had the beach to ourselves because of the off season. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub at the sweetgrass inn, and used the complimentary shuttle service to get there. All the staff were friendly and the condo was spotless. We would absolutely visit again!

Beautifully-appointed penthouse condo!

Absolutely lovely condo with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Bed mattresses and linens were top quality and felt luxurious. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds on the top level; the lower level has a bedroom with 2 single beds. Decor looked professionally done and everything is gorgeous! Kitchen was well-stocked. It was very clean! Three separate decks each had comfortable seating. View is relaxing. We love Wild Dunes and this was a really great place to stay. We’ll be back!

I cannot say enough about this property. I have already booked another stay in a couple of months. The cleanliness was the best I’ve ever seen. It was pristine. I also loved the higher end finishes, and the decor of the whole very large townhome. Comfy beds. Very. Nice sheets I would recommend that you take the covers off the chairs and give them a good clean. Other than that, I don’t have really any recommendations. Great kitchen. Needed hand towels in kitchen and bathrooms. There were some minor touchups that were needed like a loose toilet paper holder and a tweak on the AC but nothing c that impacted my stay at all. . I love this place and will stay there every time I need a three bedroom. The management company was fairly quick to respond. Unfortunately I didn’t get any of my check-in information but when I called, they were quick to resolve it.

Relaxing Getaway!!

We loved staying at Shipwatch 417C!!! The condo was beautifully and provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway! Loved the location …. easy access to beach and pool! Beautiful ocean views from balcony! Private end unit and convenient parking with elevator!

Family beach trip

Six of us all doing our own thing rented bikes umbrellas and chairs at IOP company. Had all to make it comfortable. Linens were soft decor was clean fresh. It worked well for our family!
