Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo available in the heart of Naples! Close to corner of Airport Puling Rd and Pine Ridge on the second floor, close to everything. Central Location!

Condo is a very spacious 1660 sq ft with 3 large bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - One firm queen size bed
Bedroom 2 - One bunk bed with full size mattress and twin on top
Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom) - King size bed
Spacious Living Room
Dinning connected to the kitchen with open bar 🍸🍹

⛱ Beach Toys/chairs available for you to borrow.

The master has a shower, and the guest bath offers a tub/shower combination. Large closets and laundry in the condo. Condo also features very spacious living room and separate dining and kitchen with bar area and covered screened lanai.

3 Miles away from the closest Seagate beach 🏝 and the Naples Grand Beach Resort & Spa. Condo is also a walking distance to Target, grocery stores, beauty salons, banks, gas station, gyms, etc...

Please note that commercial trucks are not permitted in the parking area to ensure a quiet and enjoyable stay for all guests. We look forward to hosting you and providing a comfortable experience during your visit.

Tennis tournament

The condo was complete with many amenities and was very convenient. Dejan was responsive to my requests for information. He offered access to a pool and hot tub. The TV was a little hard to operate and it was difficult to find network programming. The overall experience was very pleasant and extremely convenient.

Comfortable stay at this condo. We had some trouble with the AC but the owner got someone out quickly to remedy the problem.

We have couple of dobermans, few cats and it is obvious that we love animals, but what we also enjoy is hosting our guests in our beautiful condo that has been designed to make you feel welcomed.
