Great weekend getaway

Nice townhome, kept clean, in close proximity to everything. Only downside was no toiletries. Had to stop at target for shampoo and soap. Otherwise great stay.

It was great

Everything was as pictured. The house was beautiful, Everything was clean and extremely comfortable, the communication with the owner was great with lightning response. I would definitely stay again we all loved our stay. The only thing I would love to see differently is some type of assigned parking.

Long weekend with family

Property was very clean and well kept. The property owner was very helpful and responded quickly. Very close to the harbor, site seeing and great restaurants. The only downside was the parking situation. The entrance to the home is on a road with no parking spaces at all. Cars had to be parked on other streets out of view of the home. We did have some concerns about the cars being broken into but in the end did not have any problems.

Baltimore Home

My family of five adults stayed at this listing for five days. The photos make the house appear to be a stunner but in actuality it is just “meh”. The listing states it comes with soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Upon arrival these things were either missing or in very short supply (inadequate for the number of people and length of stay). The property manager reimbursed us a small amount of money so we could go purchase the items ourselves, not ideal. We were excited to do laundry upon arrival as we had already been traveling for a week prior to our stay. The towels from the prior guests were in the dryer and still moist. We tried to turn the dryer on in order to finish drying the towels, but it was so loud (the barrel of the dryer sounds like it’s off track) that we immediately stopped it thinking it was broken. The property manager told us it will still dry clothes despite the loud overwhelming noise coming from it. We were initially excited to have a place to make and eat meals. The cupboards are inadequately stocked. There are not enough dishes to serve five, barely any mugs for coffee and plastic cups. The handle on the small freezer falls off when an attempt is made to open it and the grill has no handle so it is useless as it would be impossible to lift when hot. While the neighborhood is near Patterson park (a few blocks) it is not a neighborhood I would walk around after dark. Overall the property did not live up to our expectations and we would not stay again.

Thank you for your feedback. We would have loved an opportunity to address your additional concerns, had we known about them during your stay. The plastic cups are available for children. The grill is not a listed amenity in our profile, as it requires maintenance and we cannot easily remove the grill from the rooftop deck. As for the other areas of concern, we appreciate your feedback and are working hard to correct them, as it is important to us that our guests continue to have an excellent stay.

We’re originally from New York and now live in Maryland, and we enjoy hosting guests who want a comfortable, easy place to settle into while exploring Baltimore.

As hosts, we prioritize clear communication, privacy, and a smooth stay. Guests have full use of the home and space to themselves, and we’re always available by phone if anything comes up. We aim to be responsive, straightforward, and respectful of our guests’ time and needs.

Whether you’re visiting for family, work, or an extended stay, we want you to feel supported without feeling hovered over.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood for its balance of city convenience and residential calm. It’s close to Johns Hopkins Hospital and walkable to Patterson Park, local cafes, and neighborhood shops.

The area is active during the day and quieter at night, making it a good fit for families, longer stays, and guests who want to rest between plans while still being close to Baltimore’s main destinations.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What sets our home apart is how intentionally it’s set up for guests who need more than a quick visit. Many of our guests are in Baltimore for Hopkins-related visits, work assignments, or longer family stays, and the home is designed to feel easy and comfortable from day one.

The layout offers three true bedrooms, in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and a rooftop deck for downtime, all in a walkable neighborhood close to Patterson Park and local spots. Combined with clear communication and a hands-off hosting style, it’s a space that works well for settling in rather than constantly coming and going.
