Great listing - the unit was close to main pool area and beach access, kitchen stocked well enough for family of four, bedrooms good sized, clean unit and property. Property management was very responsive to questions we had about the amenities when we arrived. I would definitely rent again.

Perfect new year's trip!

Fantastic property, great beach and proximity to Wailea restaurants and Kihei was super handy. Lots of beach gear in unit which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location on Maui in the Wailea area near shopping and restaurants. Condo itself is nicely located near the beach with views of the ocean, although there are other buildings visible, and the community pools. In addition to general linens, the rental has some beach chairs, pull wagon and snorkel gear available should you desire to utilize. There are 2 main bedrooms to this condo and they are nicely spaced apart so that noise shouldn't be an issue. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning the Ekhai village in the future.

Great Stay on Maui

We really enjoyed our stay - the condo was clean and very nicely furnished. The Wailea Ekahi Village is centrally located in the wailea area, and has great amenities. Beautiful views and the beach was wonderful!

Great spot!

Such a great condo in a wonderful location. It was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen and bedrooms were well outfitted, had everything we needed. We loved waking up to the beautiful ocean view and the sound of the birds, we can't wait to go back!

Lovely location

Sitting on the patio was magical. There were flowers and birds everywhere with a view of the ocean. Sitting on the beach was so relaxing. Saw turtles and even a whale!

Great complex and excellent location in Wailea. Our view of the ocean was full of whale activity our entire stay. Beautiful landscaping. Pool on the ocean offered plenty of room. Nice beach right in front and easy access to many more. Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Ekahi. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our week in Maui. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella and used them daily. The condo was clean and quiet and the view was fabulous. We love Ekahi and the short walk down to great beaches and snorkeling. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Condo

It's well appointed. Had everything we needed. The view from the lanai was stunning. The condo is very private and quiet. Pools were great. Used the grills and that was very convenient. We will definitely stay again!

Very happy with our choice

Great views, short walk to pool/pavilion/ocean. The sandy beach is just world class and had access to a great ocean side walking path. Kitchen fully stocked with all cooking tools as well as storage containers. Battery for the front door went completely dead on Friday afternoon. Jude and his locksmiths arrived within 25 minutes to fix the problem. Excellent service.

Another great stay in Wailea

Ekahi Village is a great property in Wailea and the 5f unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in. It has an excellent view of the ocean from the lanai and is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is easy to cook in, the bathrooms are nice, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. There is air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans in every room and lots of sliding doors to let in fresh air. On the down side, the kitchen had really minimal supplies, the beach umbrella was broken (although the property manager is having it replaced), there was some work being done in the parking lot of the property which was a bit of a nuisance, and we were initially given an incorrect code for the pool gate. Overall, I'm sure we will be back again.

The perfect Maui condo!

The property was beautiful and clean, and situated amazingly close to the main pool and beach, just a couple minutes walk. The area was quiet, free of traffic noise; I wasn't even sure that we had neighbors! The condo had two separate suites each with its own bathroom, lanai, and large closets, and the decor was light and bright. Jude was a gracious and attentive host, helping me out with a jewelry versus washing machine disaster, when I couldn't find help through the usual channels. I highly recommend this condo and Jude's masterful management of the premises.

Good Location but Needs amenities

We had a wonderful week and the condo location was good. Ekahi's location is wonderful!! The amenities at the condo are seriously lacking in the kitchen. We had only 5 forks and 4 knives. Cooking utensils were limited and the spatulas were the black plastic which has been suggested causes cancer. We didn't find any covered containers that we could store out leftover food in. There were 2 wine glasses and when we had family over, it was not enough. Although we would stay again because of the location, this condo is seriously in need of a remodel.

This is a nice unit, quiet position, and well decorated ( although the second bedroom could use an update). Out of a dozen other units where we have stayed in Ekahi, 5F was the worst in terms of kitchen supplies - there was salt and pepper, and not much else. No spices, no cooking oil, no foil or Saran Wrap, no condiments ( usually left by other guests. In addition, the A?C in the second bedroom stopped working during our stay, and the host was not ver responsive - it took 3 days for someone to come and fix it.

Fantastic Week on Maui with Family

The condo is located in Ekahi Village which is walking distance to Shops at Wialea, Resorts and Dining. This unit is well positioned about a 3-5 min walk to the beach side pool and beach access. It's very easy to catch the Wailea beach path and walk/run the entire length of Wailea's amazing beaches so take your pick on beach location. keawakapu fronts the property and is an awesome beach for kids, playing in waves, and even snorkeling when calm(we saw turtles everyday). The beachfront pavilion and pool facility are excellent. We made dinner several times using the grills, ovens, and refrigerators. It was a great place to watch the sunset while the kids enjoyed the pool. The condo itself is good. It's plenty big enough to accommodate a family of 5-6. 3 different lanais gives everyone a private spot to enjoy the ocean views. Furnishings were OK. Very functional and clean but obviously well used. Bathrooms are on the small side but again, very functional and clean. If you are coming in with expectations of 5 star luxury resort you might be disappointed. If you are looking for a nice, comfortable, large ocean view condo with easy access to everything Wailea/Maui have to offer, I don't think you could do much better. My family has stayed at Westin Villas, Honua Kai, Polo Beach Club, and Hyatt Residence. The Hyatt stands alone but I would stay here again vs any other place place on Maui. Also, the manager is very responsive and helpful. We can't wait for our next family trip to WE 5F

Paradise in Wailea

The condo is very comfortable with incredible views off of the lanais. The condo has all the beach gear you will need for your short walk to the beautiful beach and great pool area. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. A wonderful location close to shopping and restaurants. Jude was very attentive and quick to reply to any questions. Overall a 5 star rating! We will definitely come back.
