This 6-bed/4-bath complex is centrally located in the desirable neighborhood of Montrose.

The interior has been completely remodeled with new kitchens, new bathrooms, & new furniture. Tastefully decorated with fashion & functionality in mind, this home features a total of 6 bedrooms (2) 2 bed 1 bath (2) 1 bed 1 bath

All bedrooms have king-sized beds and the complex comfortably sleeps, 12 guests. Every bedroom has its own 65” TV. We also have an outdoor area perfect for gatherings.

Response time

Great place for lodging! Very comfortable and close to downtown. Property owners were very responsive when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Father's Day Weekend & Birthday Celebration

I'll preface this review by stating we rented ALL Four (4) units, for Four (4) nights. Chose it for the individual units & the amenities of the Outdoor Patio. Location/proximity to downtown HOU, PERFECT! Great trip, even w/property issues! Check-in: Poor Rec’d wrong access code multiple times. Could not access units until after 4:40 P.M. Units were VERY hot at Check-in. One unit was 89° & two others were 76° or higher. Communication (Prop Mgr {PM}/Owner): Poor Major issues w/return calls and/or messages not being responded to (i.e., listing inaccuracy, 8:15 A.M. Saturday morning lawn service waking ALL our guests). Multiple calls required due to units being HOT (79° & 80°) & A/C units being controlled digitally & remotely. Listing Accuracy: Poor Listing pics showed outdoor TV & Ping Pong table on patio. Neither were at the unit on check-in. PM advise WE could move the Ping Pong table from unit next door if we wanted it. Only rec’d “owner is working” on getting outdoor TV for patio, but never rec’d follow-up info or TV. Also, several furniture items were different than listing pics. HUGE issue, when planning dinner for 12 & love seat in a unit turned into an antique settee (very small, hard &uncomfortable). Cleanliness: Poor Patio – shards of broken glass (wine/champagne bottle) near seating area & dirty. Furniture – Sofa, upstairs unit, dirty w/Cheetos, a dental pick, jewelry, a bottle top & crumbs in/under cushion(s). Kitchen/Baths – Dirty dishes & silverware (showed PM). Dishwasher w/no power. Knob for hot water continuously fell off, & HUGE SAFETY HAZARD dishwasher tipped (not secured to countertop) when racks pulled out & loaded (showed PM). Additional Info: No exterior trash cans provided. Four days & nights of garbage w/no place to dispose. Used kitchen sponges, liquid hand/dish soap, & shampoo left by previous renters. Owner/PM Co. should provide each new renter w/unopened, new & sanitary kitchen/bath products. Owner/PM Co. should provide each new renter w/unopened, sanitary (new) kitchen/bath products. No book/manual in the unit's w/instructions/guidance (i.e., trash disposal, dishwasher operation, check-out requirements, etc...) as provided w/other VRBO rentals. No book/manual to reference left us w/no choice but to continuously contact the PM w/concerns, questions and/or issues.

Great Spot to Enjoy Montrose

We had a large group for a friends reunion and rented the whole place. It was clean and comfortable—but the real perks are the location and the outdoor space. Great for a big gathering like this. Highly recommend.

Great stay for work conference

Clean, spacious, comfortable, and great communication from property manager. Rented with some colleagues as part of a work trip, and the privacy of the different apartments was a great perk for a group of people.
