Great location and host

Fantastic location and host kept open and frequent communication. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a weekend get away to Houston.

Larry is fantastic and communication was always a top part of staying at this property. The decorations and amenities within the apartment are nice and the whole place is an overall amazing value.

Stayed here for a few days while going back and forth to Md Anderson! Perfect location. Easy to get to! !

Had to chase down the host for the entry code, so I was not able to check in on a timely basis. The VRBO help line was of no use - they were clueless and helpless. Sloppy run down property.

Loved the Location!

Had a nice stay at this location. Everything that we wanted to do in Houston was within a 10 minute uber ride. Host very responsive, which was much appreciated. Pros:-Great location-Nice neighborhood to walk a little bit, walk your dog, etc-Fair price-Responsive host-Felt safe-Many bars and restaurants close by all 10/10Cons:-Roaches in the kitchen, mostly coming from toaster and microwave. Don't leave any food out. I unalived as many as possible.-Thin walls. If you need 100% quiet to sleep, this is not the place for you. Did not bother us at all, as we are natural night owls anyway... but it would someone-Wifi worked correctly for streaming on the tv but for some weird reason for our entire stay we could not connect the wifi to our phones. My guess is that a network name and password got switched up along the way since a couple network names are so similar. IDK, but if you're traveling for work and rely on it, it should be addressed.I would 100% stay here again as long as the bug issue is resolved. Great trip.

Arriving it took about an hr just to get the passcode to the door correct. While staying the power went out and also the apartment had roaches. Definitely could have been better in my opinion.
