2 bedroom units INCLUDE UP TO 6 daily lift tickets per day of stay and 3 bedroom units INCLUDE UP TO 8 daily ski lift tickets per day of stay during the ski season.

We represent over 3000 Ritz-Carlton Club and formerly Timbers Bachelor Gulch owners. This gives us the flexibility to meet or beat the competition. Let us help you with your stay at the formerly Timbers Bachelor Gulch.

Multiple units for most dates. If your dates are blocked we may still have availability. We have 2bd and 3bd units available. Contact Host to discuss.

Before booking check with us first. Shorter stays might be accepted. However, stays typically will need to begin or end on a Saturday during peak season.

How to Book:

The weeks at the formerly Timbers Bachelor Gulch run from Saturday to Saturday. For a 7 night rental that begins on Saturday please use the "Request to Book" button.

Please note that this a request and that your booking will not be confirmed until you have received a confirmation from me.

I am able to accommodate multiple units in both 2bd & 3bd units and possible shorter stays. This excludes peak holiday season where your stay must begin or end on a Saturday and may require a 6-7 night stay.

Please note that the Club is a fractional facility and as such, from time to time, a room change may be required as multiple owners own a single unit and may choose to occupy the unit during their allotted time. However, this supply of interchangeable units allows us to accommodate more rental guests than that of a single residence accommodation. The likelihood for a room change increases for last minute bookings and bookings that straddle a Saturday (as owners are allocated weeks that begin and end on Saturday). We will do our best to avoid a room change if at all possible but cannot guarantee it.

Please click on the "Contact Host" button to inquire about a shorter stay. Please note that owners only own weekly blocks, therefore attempting to book over a Saturday night can require a residence move and may not be successful.


Property Details:

This 3 bedroom formerly Timbers Bachelor Gulch (previously the Ritz-Carlton) residence provides all the amenities of a condominium with the conveniences of a 5-star hotel. Plus, up to 8 ski tickets PER DAY are included with your formerly Timbers Bachelor Gulch rental and can be used at any of the nearby Vail Ski Resorts, including Beaver Creek ski mountain, Bachelor Gulch (which is right outside your doorstep), and Vail ski resort. The residence is equipped with three bedrooms, three full Italian marble floor baths and a half bath. A sleeper sofa is located in the living room for extra persons. A full gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances are available. Take advantage of the grocery service by having you items purchase and stocked before your arrival. Floor plans and room configurations are subject to change.

Located in Beaver Creek, these ski-in/ski-out units are steps away from the base of the ski lift, making it perfect for that avid skier. After a long day of skiing, relax at the spa, ranked No. 1 on the Travel + Leisure 2013 list, which features 19 treatment rooms, a luxurious manicure/pedicure salon, and men and women’s saunas. The property boasts 5 dining options: 82, WYLD, Buffalos, Daniel's Bar, and Zach's Cabin which serves a variety of cuisine.

Amazing property with great amenities. The staff is always top notch. I would recommend the Residences at Bachelor Gulch to everyone! Wonderful ski in/ski out access. The staff at the ski shop are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great 7 day stay!!

Great Place

I used to own here at the Timbers and I forgot how amazing it is. So beautiful. The service is fantastic and there’s so much to do that we basically could not do half of what we wanted to do during the week but the weather was great; staff was great, and the whole experience is awesome here. Would love to come back.

Another fantastic summer at Timbers Bachelor Gulch

This is our second summer to visit the Timbers Bachelor Gulch, and we will definitely be back. The facilities are fantastic, the staff is amazing and you can't beat the weather or views. We highly recommend this property.

Great Location and service

Timber’s is a wonderful family friendly property right on the bachelor gulch ski lift. I love that it’s removed a little from the village life so it’s a little quieter but you have the Ritz Carlton next door for great Apre Ski. The staff can’t do enough for you. Shout out to the Concierge and SKi Valet Teams . Somethings to know. Unless you are planning on roaming further than Vail you really don’t need a car if you fly into Eagle/Vail., the Village shuttle system is excellent. You will need to book restaurants. Timber’s does not have any but the Ritz Carlton next door does but they get booked up quickly. Plenty in the Village as well but booking is essential in winter. When the concierge team reaches out, get restaurants booked then. The grocery delivery is very good. It arrived before we did and was in the condo.. Beano’s Cabin for dinner it’s a must. It’s quite an experience. You will need to book ahead.. there are two gyms you can use , the Timber’s and the Ritz and both are well equipped. You gave access to the Ritz’s heated outdoor pool and the Spa. If you suffer from altitude sickness talk to the Spa reception. They have oxygen machines you can use , you just buy a personal tube for $35 and you can use it as often as you like. That was a life saver for me.. Just know nothing is cheap here. Vail/Beavercreek are expensive but overall we have had a wonderful time and will be back next year.

True Ski in and Ski Out!

We loved the accommodations at Bachelor Gulch. The concierge service was excellent in arranging transportation and dinner reservations for us. They were also accommodating to shuttle us to the grocery store and to dinner. The process of renting ski gear and getting our lift tickets was easy. We would love to return for a family ski trip in the future.

Family fun

This was a great set up for my husband and me as well as our two daughters. Great gathering space for all of us. The only down side was that the unit was very dark, no view except for a wall of snow.

Great family ski trip

This property has incredible service and the location is perfect. Everything about the stay was on point. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The ski shop was effortless. They handled everything we needed and then some. We will continue to make this location a family tradition.

Great Service

Check in was fast and attentive. The staff ensures that you are equipped with everything need and are very knowledgeable about the area. You can tell that they are dedicated to providing 5 start service with their attention to detail. This location definitely has best service I've ever received.

We always have a blast!

We have been to this condo many times as it is a family favourite. The location of the hotel is made for skiing. You are just steps away from the ski lift and the views are spectacular! Many restaurant options at the Ritz to choose from and great spa amenities.

Great skiing for all

Such a beautiful property. Hitting the slopes was a breeze. If you don't have equipment you can rent anything very easily. The ski instructors were very patient with the children and the hotel staff ensured that everyone was comfortable after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend this location.

Such a great condo. We had a kitchen, washer and dryer, multiple tvs and bathrooms. We definitely used all of the amenities available. Had a great time skiing and enjoying the spa.
