Great place for a large family

Really enjoyed the many bedrooms (we had 6 but 8 could work well). And the open concept kitchen/LR also made a great central place for all the meet and eat. Property was well maintained, clean, and the management was very easy to communicate with. If traveling in this area with a large group, would definitely consider staying here again.

Awesome Limestone Ranch in Cibolo

Loved the property…friends right around the corner in Buffalo Crossing…so made it very convenient…great layout..lots room although we only needed one master… huge shower and kitchen made our time there perfect. Would use again on a return trip w/ others to share. Great communication w/ the host…Thanks for the Texas hospitality!

Nice vrbo property

Great place to stay. Could use grill tools but overall nice space, very clean. Property manager quick to communicate when needed. A bit of a later checkout would have been nicer.

Amazing

Needed a rental for a month while my house was being remodeled. This home is beautiful, quite neighborhood, close to shopping. Easy access to I-35. Owners were accessible and never had any issues with our stay. 5 Stars.

Very satisfied

The house was even nicer than expected. Property manager checked in with before I had a chance too. Great communication. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Loved the flat grill for cooking a big breakfast in the mornings.

Family river trip

Family of four (2 kids) and 3 grandparents came for the last weekend trip to the river for tubing. The house was very nice and clean and located in a quiet neighborhood halfway between San Antonio and New Braunfels. About a 20 minute drive either way so really a perfect location. Also within mile of a super large HEB for all cooking needs. The property manager, Kay was super nice and helpful in getting me acquainted with the kiwikset lock o. The door, which I had trouble operating when I first arrived. Great place to stay, five stars all the way !!!!

Great location for our Air Force family. Close to Randolph and anything you may need grocery stores, restaurants, gas, entertainment, etc. Very spacious and the 3 full baths were great for our grown family. We had 3 couples and 3 kids. Dog friendly a plus! Dificult getting access and had to replace door key pad batteries our self, grass needed to be cut as well as trees and bushes which made it hard to make your way to the front door or use outdoor space. Large wasp nest under the bbq grill, and tons mosquitos due to the large amount of rain received before our visit. Inside very spacious and furniture was super comfy as were the beds. It could use a deep cleaning as pillow cases were stained, a bunch of sawdust on two of the chairs, and bookshelf, food splatter on a wall and dirty utensils that were put away, just several little things that made us question if the cost equaled the quality.

Thank you for your feedback. As we have had an exceptional amount of rain this past month, the grass may have been overgrown and needed care. (Our lawn guy comes every other week and does it). The access to the door was again unfortunate as we are not near and had quests there prior to your stay so we did not realize that the batteries were low. Thank you for changing the batteries and glad we had some in house for just this occasion. We strive to have the pest control and cleaning of the home regularly and am sorry to hear that things didn't look up to par. I will get with the cleaner and see what steps we need to take for the linens. I'll have the pest guy come out again and clear the wasp nests. I again will apologize for the uncleanness you experienced as we do strive to keep it very clean and normally have a deep clean once to two times a year. We know that if you are traveling from outside of Texas, that the mosquito/wasps issues may seem like something we can control but that is not possible when we get weather as we have had. We wish we could. :) Again, we strive to make every stay worth the expense, but sometimes things happen that are unforeseen. Thanks again for your stay and Congrats on the retirement.
