良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン
Though it says it was new renovated they just seemed to get new kitchen appliances. There was paint missing from walls and a warn down kitchen sink. They did not have a vacuum in the location. Only a small broom which did not help to do proper cleaning. The host was nice to answer questions but I was informed they took the spot of the listing after I asked about a vacuum. You will need to run the room fans upstairs mid day if you want to have a decent night sleep since the air conditioning for the upstairs is not the best. A plus is that it is right by the pool and it has two full bathrooms making it easier with a family of 4 to get ready.
