Heart of it All- with free off street parking!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex. Home is located just a few minutes from I49, Youree Dr., Line Ave, and downtown Shreveport. Walking distance to the mall or to Centenary College. This is an older home with a mixture of some original features as well as some modern touches. There is parking in the rear of the home which is also shared with the other unit. The large windows overlooking the historical neighborhood are our fav!

this is our 2nd stay at this property. It has suited us well both times. Clean; nice area; great communication with owner. Will be our "go to" place in Shreveport!

Check-in was easy. Property amenities are basic not what I would call stylish experience. Rental was clean but had a musty, moldy smell.

Cozy place to recoup

I enjoyed having a house to recoup in after a procedure. It was good to be on the ground floor and have parking. It was a very safe neighborhood near a lot of restaurants. The place was very clean. I enjoyed my stay and my mom did too.

Nice place to stay

This is a very nice apartment. It is old, but has been remodeled as much as possible. The good: Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was great and the internet ran smoothly. Loved having a covered carport and washer/dryer combination. Not so good: Bathroom very small. Luckily there were only 2 of us staying there and we're not overly large people. Need a chest-of-drawer in main bedroom. Area around carport could use some cleaning. Trash was littered all over the place. Small storage shed was opened and very dirty. Washer and dryer had to be cleaned before use. Dryer lint had not been removed for a long time. Under kitchen cabinet had broken boards and needed a better place to store cleaning products. Back door could not be opened, broken glass in door and looked like it had been painted shut. In my opinion, this is a fire hazard. The reason I gave this place a 5 star is because most all the not so good things can be fixed easy!!! We would stay here again.
