Just lovely

We had a great time w so much space and comfortable accommodations. Russell was good to respond quickly to a few questions. The setting is so very nice!

wouldn't stay again

zero contact from property manager when I texted to say the water ran out no additional information about the house once we arrived stairs to lake unpassable grounds were minimally maintained dishwasher didnt run basic kitchen equipment we found three cases of bottled water...couldnt tell if that meant the tap water wasnt potable??

Spacious

The great room is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very comfy with beautiful view! Kitchen a bit sparse. Couldn’t find a blender or lid for large pot. Several forks were bent. No big deal, though. Everything there worked well. Ran out of water due to issues with the well. Owners were very responsive and promptly fixed the issue. A lot of yellow-jacket wasps outside the front door even after Billy, the fix-it guy took out one of their nests. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would stay again.

Beautiful place

Check in was easy. The house is quite large with fun, separate spaces for everyone. We are a family of 5 with children's ages ranging from 4-22; they all loved the spaces in this house. The foose ball table was a big hit, as well as the table tennis in the garage. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed; we ate out a night and cooked in another. There are plenty of small, local markets around the area which served us perfectly. The beds were comfortable. I did mention a couple housekeeping issues (lacking) in a couple areas around the house to which to owner was responsive to. The details of the house were well explained in the info book ; water tanks, local area etc. The views were great!! We took nightly walks up the road, and greatly enjoyed the quiet of the area. There is a great front porch which we hung out on during our last night. Overall I would definitely recommend this place, as well as come back to stay myself. The place was great; sprawling, and kept us all very comfortable. The area was beautiful; lots of shops, restaurants and beaches. The owner was polite and very responsive, great communication.

Great house for the whole family

This house more than met our expectations. The master bedroom is huge and the other bedrooms are more than comfortable. The house is spread out so that it never feels crowded. The kitchen is well stocked and although we did find a couple things lacking it wasn't a deal breaker. The view is incredible and we enjoyed daily walks on the beautiful road. Finally, communication with the owner was great. He was very responsive, usually within 30min or so. Overall, It's a wonderful house and you won't be disappointed. Thank you!

Fantastic property

It’s not easy to find a property to fit so many couples but this one for the bill. So much space to spread out in, fantastic views and just an overall great experience. We loved it! Note that some of the beds were doubles rather than queens - that’s about the only improvement I could suggest.

Awesome Vacation Home in the Finger Lakes

This vacation home on Canandaigua Lake exceeded the expectations of our large group! There was plenty of living spaces for the four families to spread out or get together for meals! There were 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths that made it so we did not have to share rooms or wait for a bathroom. The bathrooms had more than enough towels with soap, shampoo and Kleenex provided. There were plenty of games and books, and the foosball and ping pong table kept the kids, and adults, entertained. The huge garage with the ping ball table allowed for the kids to use their scooters on the days it rained. The front deck was covered allowing us to sit outside and enjoy ourselves and let the kids blow bubbles. The kitchen was properly equipped for all our cooking needs. We did most of our meals in the house. There were plenty of plates, utensils napkins, and the large bbq grill on the back deck came in very handy for many meals. The refrigerator/freezer was nice to have for our food and beverages. The “wine” refrigerator was also a nice plus. Overall, the Bopple Hill cabin was an excellent place for our large group to stay! The owner was very easy to communicate with. Plenty of room for many people and almost everything provided. The house is not too far from Naples or Canandaigua for all your shopping or restaurant needs. Wineries and breweries and all close by. We would definitely rent this house again!

Stunning views and privacy

Russel was one of the best communicators I have ever dealt with regarding short term rentals. We had a minor issue that was resolved in a timely manner and was handled above and beyond my expectations. A truly genuine renter who cares about his property. As for the property, personally pictures don’t do it justice. The house is much bigger than the pictures show and the views from the great room window and sunroom are incredible. If you are looking to stay at a place where you can see the water without water front access, this is your place. Even if water access is important there is 3 beaches all within a 25 min drive. Overall I was very happy with my stay and so were my friends. This house fit 10 of us comfortably. Thank you russel for your hospitality, I look forward to returning to your place.

Finger Lakes Cabin

This property was amazing. The listing does not do the place justice. Great location and great view. The owner made the entire process from check in to check out extremely easy.
