This inviting condo has a full kitchen and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. Kick back and watch something on the TV or step out onto the balcony and take in the peek-a-boo views of the Gulf. Guests also have access to shared amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools and shared grills. You'll love being located in Orange Beach, within walking distance of numerous local shops and restaurants. And with access to backcountry hiking trails, fishing opportunities, and gorgeous beach views, you will have everything you need for the vacation of your dreams.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning mid-October 2023, balcony doors will be replaced for every rental in this complex. During daytime hours, noise will be audible, construction workers and their equipment will be present, and parking may be impacted. Additionally, views may be obstructed. The completion time is not known.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location

Even though it was the smallest condo our family of 5 has stayed in, we had adequate space. The condo was clean, the beach was beautiful and not crowded. We loved having the beach so close and 2 pools to use. The area was quiet and family friendly.

Great condo

This was a perfect condo for my family of 6. It was surprisingly spacious, kitchen was well stocked, and beds comfortable. The patio is very large too. Definitely will be back.

Needs some TLC

The entire structure needed some TLC. Our unit was an easy access to the beach, but the smell almost made us leave upon arrival. The microwave was dirty and the pots and pans, especially the skillet needs replacing immediately, due to the Teflon coating having little Teflon and mostly scratches.We choose not to stay here again.

Amazing condo

The condo was beautiful and the rooms felt spacious. The view of the beach was also great even on the side of the building. The direct access from the condo to the beach was fantastic with small kids. We also loved the pool. Cannot wait to come back again!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient! Ocean and beach view off outside deck. Covered parking under the building. Just an easy ride down the elevator and a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Book your stay here, you won't regret it!
