この施設について

Home with a spring-fed pond and mountain view.

Entry hall with closet and washer/dryer. Leading to the kitchen (fully stocked) and pantry. Opening up to the living room and dining area. The windows and sliding door to the porch overlook the spring fed pond with koi fish and the mountain view. You’ll also see my horse barn(future chicken coop for fresh eggs) and the orchard I’m growing. The living room has a daybed with a pull out trundle bed offering two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. Smart TV mounted and a very strong wifi signal. Bathroom is located upstairs and is fully stocked. Upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet. There is a gas grill on the porch and a fire pit on the property as well. Private parking. Minutes from all the shops and restaurants in town and only a short drive to Bromley and Stratton ski resorts. No cleaning fees or pet fees.

The property and home were just as advertised. It was a great space for our two dogs and us. The pond in the mornings was beautiful to look out at. Jeremy was a great host, supplying snacks, breakfast items, drinks, coffee, etc... the best stocked fridge I've ever had at a VRBO. The location is perfect to downtown Manchester and a bunch of local things to do, like Equinox Valley Nursery and Mount Equinox. We had a great time and loved staying there.

Such a stunning property! We stayed for over a week and it was perfect! Great location and the house had everything you might need. Jeremy also included fresh eggs and other breakfast items which made us feel extra cared for!I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely perfect. We have stayed in SO many rentals and this was by far our favorite. The koi pond right next to the house was truly amazing. The dogs were enthralled by the koi fish (and so were we, honestly). The house itself is adorable and very comfortable. Jeremy is a phenomenal host and clearly takes pride in what he does. The chicken coop and area behind the house and pond are also beautiful and fun to wander. Equinox pond is down the street and lye Brook falls hike is a very short drive! We highly recommend this place.

Cozy and comfortable

This house was fantastic. We didn’t have the best weather this Memorial Day weekend but the house, pond and view made up for it. Jeremy stocked the house with everything we could possibly need including fresh eggs from the resident chickens, bacon, snacks and so much more. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Our dog enjoyed watching the beautiful fish in the pond and visiting the chickens. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing property!

We stayed at the guest house for 2 nights with our black lab. Jeremy’s hospitality was amazing! There were snacks and a full fridge waiting for us along with helpful guides to the area. Our dog had the best time swimming in the pond and watching the fish. It’s a very comfortable space in a stunning setting. Could not recommend more highly!

Lovely ski weekend

Cute cottage with a lot of charm. The kiddos loved the concept of staying next to a pond. Convenient location to Manchester center and also to Bromley. Jeremy was quick to respond to all to all pf our questions.

Beautiful Escape

My family and I stayed at this property over the weekend. We have two children, 12 and 9 and 3 dogs. The space was absolutely perfect for us. The trundle bed in the living room was great to allow both kids to have their own sleeping space. Everything you can possibly imagine is stocked in this house so if you forget something, chances are you will find it upon check in. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cooking tools you need. The host provides a lot of menus, maps and magazines about what is happening in the area. The loft bedroom was extremely spacious. The bathroom is up in the loft which was not a huge issue for us. The biggest thing was that the house was extremely clean and inviting. The property was very large and our 3 dogs enjoyed having the freedom to explore. Jeremy was a wonderful host and provided us with privacy. He is right next door and very responsive to any questions or issues you may have. This was one of the most comfortable and inviting homes we have stayed at and will definitely stay again!! Thank you Jeremy for a comfortable and relaxing weekend away! :)

Above and beyond

The house was so well stocked with food, snacks, linens, the best quality paper towels, even toothpaste! Jeremy thinks of every detail. We stayed here when we skied Bromley which was a 17 min drive. Easy peasy. Jeremy is an excellent host.

Great stay

I stayed here for a couple of nights with my 3 year old son, my mom and our 2 dogs. The house was cozy and warm when we arrived and fully stocked with not just snacks, but fresh eggs from the chickens on the property, pancake mix, maple syrup, organic milk and butter. My son loved going out to the pond to feed the koi fish and walking over to say hi to the chickens in the coop. It was a perfect little getaway for our group and the host couldn’t be more accommodating or thoughtful!

Fall getaway

Very nice and cozy place to getaway for a few nights! Very close to Manchester and places to eat and things to do. Koi pond was very pretty and we enjoyed feeding them! Loved having coffee on the deck with a view of the mountains, before we went on our adventures!

Lovely stay in cottage with a pond and mountain view

We stayed at Jeremy’s place for 2 nights this October. OMG, this place is amazing. All the home comforts you could wish for, big comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and larder, breakfast goodies included and lovely and clean. The deck with view of the pond and mountains was a huge bonus, lovely and private - total bliss. This is a definite 5 star rating , cannot recommended highly enough . Thanks Jeremy, you’re a legend! 2 visitors from Manchester , England ! 😄

Lovely views and close to everything. Only issue Parking stated not to park in front of garage and owner states he did not write this. As a result we parked partially on lawn to keep his garage clear which owner did not want us to do

Now our permanent go-to spot for visiting Manchester

Can't say enough about what a great place this is, and about Jeremy's wonderful hospitality. This is our 2nd time staying here, and we will come back whenever we stay in VT. The fridge, counter and bathroom were all stocked with tons of unexpected convenience items, and Jeremy was very responsive to our needs. Check-in and check out were contactless and easy. And the fresh-laid eggs from Jeremy's chickens were delicious. This is the perfect spot for a couple and a pet (although there is room for more), and the location is fantastic (just down the street from the Equinox hotel). Cannot praise this place enough!

Well-stocked quiet oasis

This is the second time our family has stayed at this house. It is perhaps the best stocked rental house we have ever experienced including a fully stocked fridge and lots of snacks! The house is located just south of the center of town making it a quiet place to relax, yet convenient to all the attractions in the surrounding area.

Amazing stay !!

Everything was perfect!! The place, the grounds, the cabin, the host. Lots to see and do. Just an overall amazing mini vacation 3 days, 2 nights, mid week. Already looking into returning next year for my birthday as well!!

Great location

We had a great time, very cute house and the property is beautiful, stones throw to great hiking trails and shops in Manchester. Justin was so easy to communicate with us and we’ll definitely be back!

Great location!

We had a great stay with our pup for a late ski season weekend! The house was clean, well-stocked, and very cozy. The location was beautiful and perfectly situated a few minutes away from everything you could want to do in Manchester. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay

We can't say enough nice things about Jeremy. He was a fantastic host. His communication was great, he stocked the fridge and provided snacks, and had a plethora of local to-dos and suggestions waiting for us when we arrived. The location of the house was great, only 5 minutes from the center of Manchester. We couldn't as for anything more from our stay.

Great spot

My boyfriend and I used to live in the area and rented the house to celebrate christmas with his daughters that still live locally. This was a great spot! Located just far enough outside of the town that its away from the busy, but close enough to be convenient. A very short drive to the Equinox trail systems was great for myself and my dog, too. The place was fully stocked with the necessities, which was a great pleasure. Overall I'd say it's more than perfect as a couples getaway, but nice for a family too. Thank you so much for the stay!
