Bleu Mer - Jolie T2 à la Plage

Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this 35 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Canet-en-Roussillon, less than 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

A protective net has been installed following work on the façade of the building. The completion date is not yet known.

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A shower room (with shower) and double washbasin
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
