I never stayed, sent videos, was lied to, monies stolen, supervisor(s) lieing. You RUINED my vacation. Do your job! I'm paying for two properties right now!

According to VRBO reservation records, your booking was for ten (10) days. However, you stayed at the property for five (5) days only and left the accommodation without notifying the host or VRBO. During the days you stayed at the property, no concerns or complaints were communicated through VRBO regarding cleanliness, insects, or bedding conditions. Upon inspection, no evidence of bed bugs was found. The only insects observed were ants, likely attracted by food and food remnants you left on the bed. The report alleging bed bugs was submitted only after your unannounced departure, without any prior notification or request for assistance during the stay. After your departure, the property was inspected and no evidence of bed bugs was found. All payments related to this reservation were processed exclusively through VRBO. No funds were taken outside the platform at any time. For transparency and fairness, we are cooperating directly with VRBO so they can independently review the reservation details, communication history, and timeline of events. Excellent and Classy Property

This two bedroom apartment was in an excellent and quiet location with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. It was clean with beautiful hardwood stained ceilings. Both rooms have A/C, bathrooms, queen size beds, and modern furniture throughout the apartment. I will stay in this apartment everytime I visit Santiago.

Fui engañada la señora que estaba supuesta a entregarme la casa no apareció después de una hora y media apareció y notifique por esta aplicación y no recibí mi rembolso tube que quedarme una noche en un hotel asta que me entregaran otro que tube que rentar ,los dueños deberían de ser más responsables

L’appartement est comme sur les photos, pour un séjour de plus d’une journée je le recommande fortement, tous fonctionne parfaitement et une belle grande terrasse, pour cuisiner l’endroit est agréable
