The Centrale of the Île de Ré offers this former windmill renovated by an architect in Ars-en-Ré, accommodating up to 12 people.

This high-end house is located near the beach (250 metres) and shops and the market (800 metres away).

The villa of 180 m2 is located on a private plot of 2500m2 consisting of several spaces allowing all family members to be independent.

This exceptional villa is single-storey, functional, comfortable and features carefully designed decoration.

The house has several secure private parking spaces directly on the plot.

Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our home.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice to discover the Island of Ré under the best conditions!

The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.
