My accommodation
The studio consists of a bright, spacious living area that serves as both bedroom and lounge, designed for your comfort. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, perfect for preparing your meals just like at home. Basic provisions such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee are provided.

Guest access
Access to the residence is via a quiet pedestrian street. Two public paid parking lots are very close by: République and Place de la Motte. You are steps away from the famous Rue de la Boucherie and the Central Market Hall, ranked among the most beautiful in France. For groceries, a Monoprix is open until 8:30 PM, including Sunday mornings. Bakeries, delicatessens, and local shops offer many quality products. Restaurants, bars, theaters, and cinemas are all within walking distance — no need to use a car to fully enjoy the city.

Communication with guests
I remain available throughout your stay. Once your booking is confirmed, you will have access to my phone number: you can easily reach me by call, SMS, or through your booking platform’s messaging system, whichever you prefer.

Arrival procedure
I personally welcome every guest to share a moment of exchange and hand over the keys under the best conditions. Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
If you need a different schedule, feel free to ask in advance: I will do my best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
As this activity complements my main job, I cannot be available continuously — thank you for your understanding!

The accommodation is located in the heart of the historic center, in a charming pedestrian area. Access is on foot, but two public paid parking lots are nearby: République and Place de la Motte.

From Bénédictins train station, it’s about a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Car rental agencies are also available near the station.
From Limoges airport, a taxi ride takes about 20 minutes.

Directions
A free shuttle provided by the city hall serves the main tourist attractions of the city — a convenient and pleasant way to discover Limoges without a car.
Restaurants, museums, theaters, cinemas, shops, and markets are just steps away: everything can be done on foot if you want to fully enjoy the city.

Other information to note
We place great importance on welcoming you to a clean, tidy, and comfortable place. Cleaning is done professionally, with ironed linens and soft, conditioned towels. This high level of care is reflected between each stay. Cleaning products (for dishes, floors, degreaser, laundry detergent) are at your disposal. Personal toiletries are not provided to avoid any allergy risks.

Additional rules
A video surveillance system is installed at the entrance of the residence, in the common areas, for security purposes. It does not cover the inside of the accommodation or private spaces. It operates continuously only to ensure the tranquility of the premises.

Any illegal or clearly inappropriate behavior may be reported to the competent authorities. We reserve the right to cancel the booking upon arrival in case of inappropriate conduct or serious doubts about the guest’s identity.
