This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, closets, bathroom with shower, kitchen open on the living room with TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.
This is a no smoking apartment.
Access
Apartment is ideally located close to the train station Nice-Ville, on a perpendicular to Malaussena Avenue at the Malaussena’s tram stop.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Located on a perpendicular to Malaussena Avenue in the continuity of avenue Jean Medecin which are the main avenues of Nice and very commercial, the apartment is on the court-side therefore very quiet.
The tram and all the amenities are at the bottom of the building, shops, restaurants, fast restorations, Nice Etoile shopping center, very typical Liberation Market, the most important of Nice at 2 minutes walking every day except Monday.
The Promenade des Anglais and the beach are about a 20-25 minute walk away.
Walking down the Jean Medecin Avenue you will reach Place Masséna, a magnificent square with illuminated statues in the evening, and crossing the square you will arrive directly in the Old Town, a not be missed district with a very good animation especially in the evening with its pubs, restaurants, and you can discover the morning flower market Cours SALEYA, except Monday.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and then you can take the line 1 until Liberation. This tram stop is at two steps from building's door.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 1km away on the Harbor.
Train station « Nice Ville » is 10-15 minutes away by walking, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can also access the apartment by car and park in the adjacent streets depending on availability or in the public car park at Gare du Sud which is around ten minutes away.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
