This bright and modern apartment, located in a 15th-century mansion, is ideal for a romantic getaway or a family vacation in Toulouse. Perfect for exploring the city, it is situated right in the heart of Toulouse, just 200 meters from Place du Capitole.
You’ll enjoy its close proximity to restaurants, the shops on Rue Alsace Lorraine, and public transportation. The apartment also offers a view of the Pierre Séguy Tower, dating back to 1477.
This two-room apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher—and a separate bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping spots, bringing the maximum occupancy to four people.
Please note: If there are two of you and you wish to use both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed, you must book for three people so that sheets for the sofa bed can be provided.
Check-in is self-service. On the day of your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions at 8:00 a.m., along with an explanatory video to help you access the apartment. Check-in is available starting at 5:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Early check-in, starting at 3:00 p.m., can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
For parking, the closest parking lot is the Capitole, located 200 meters from the apartment. Like all parking lots in Toulouse, there is a fee.

You are staying in a private residence, so it is essential to be considerate of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
If the apartment is not left clean, an additional cleaning fee of 30 euros will be charged.
If you smoke in the apartment, we will file a claim for 100 euros with Airbnb.
