It consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa, television and large bay windows overlooking the garden, perfect for your relaxation moments or after-beach drinks. The adjoining dining room allows you to share meals in complete conviviality, and the fully equipped open kitchen will delight cooks: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle... Everything is there to cook just like at home!

The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, divided into two distinct sleeping areas. On the living room side, a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and an adjoining bathroom offers you a real cocoon of intimacy. You will also find a separate toilet in this area. In the other wing of the house, accessible via a corridor, there is a second bedroom with bunk beds (90x190) reserved for children, a third bedroom with a King Size bed (180x190) and a fourth with a single bed (90x190). A second bathroom with shower and a second independent toilet complete this sleeping area.



For ever more comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. Although the house does not benefit from a private parking space, you will be able to park without difficulties on a free private car park just in front of the house.
