The Accommodation
The apartment "L'Impérial 4" is located on the third floor on Quai Colbert in Le Grau du Roi, an iconic location marking the entrance to the fishing port, facing the Old Lighthouse and the sea. It offers an exceptional view of the canal and Quai Colbert, ideal for watching the fishing boats come and go and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the port.

Bright and cross-ventilated, the apartment benefits from a beautiful South-West exposure, offering stunning sunsets over the sea and the canal entrance. Its private terrace allows you to fully enjoy this unique view.

The apartment consists of:

One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed,
A second bedroom with another 160 cm double bed,
A living room with a sofa,
A fully equipped kitchen area,
A bathroom with shower.
The apartment does not have air conditioning, but is equipped with fans for your comfort during the summer. Its cross-ventilation also ensures good natural airflow.

You will find at your disposal: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils for cooking.

The Location
"L'Impérial 4" enjoys an exceptional location, right next to the fishing port, just 50 meters from the beach, and a short walk from shops, restaurants, and local amenities.

It’s the perfect place for a holiday in Le Grau du Roi, a short stay, or a business trip. Just drop your bags and enjoy the typical atmosphere of our seaside resort!

Access
You will have the entire apartment for yourself to fully enjoy your stay in Camargue.

Check-in and check-out are managed through Grand Sud Immobilier agency, located just next door at 2 rue Alsace Lorraine, Le Grau du Roi.

Keys are available for collection from 4 pm at the agency, and after 6 pm via self check-in, still at the agency.

Transport
Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away.
Bus stops nearby.
Montpellier Sud de France TGV station and Montpellier Airport are both easily accessible in less than an hour.
Included in your reservation:

Vue sur mer

Appartement très agréable avec jolie vue sur la mer et la fin du canal. Emplacement centre ville très appréciable. A savoir : la place de parking privée est à 1 km de l'appartement.

Bonjour Mathilde, Merci beaucoup pour votre retour et pour votre excellente appréciation sur l’appartement, sa jolie vue mer et son emplacement en centre-ville. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour. Concernant le parking, il est effectivement situé à environ 700 mètres de l’appartement, comme indiqué dans l’annonce. C’est une place privée et sécurisée, très pratique en pleine saison, mais nous comprenons que cette distance puisse ne pas convenir à tous les voyageurs. N’hésitez pas à nous solliciter lors d’un prochain séjour, nous pourrons vous conseiller sur les parkings municipaux ou zones de stationnement plus proches selon les périodes. Pour la rubrique « respect de l’environnement », votre remarque est parfaitement compréhensible : les informations de la copropriété ne sont pas visibles directement par les voyageurs. Très bel appartement avec vue sur mer. Bien équipé, terrasse où on profite du sunset, juste magnifique. Toutes commodités à côté. Restaurants, shopping, traiteur... Séjour sans prendre sa voiture. Juste génial.
