A beautiful, modern, spacious house with great amenities, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the forest, yards away from great trails, and only a short drive or bike ride to tennis, golf, the equestrian center, the town itself, and of course the beach! The hosts were very welcoming and communicated frequently with useful tips and information.Truly a 10 out of 10 experience, hope we can go back to this great villa in the future!NB: the listing includes air conditioning, which is incorrect. It was not an issue at all for us as the temperatures were pleasant and the villa is well shaded etc.

Our guest and his family were very nice tenants, respectful of the house, we highly recommend them. Regarding the air conditioning, our French announcement Abritel.fr does not mention it because there is indeed none. We will investigate with VRBO to find out why their translation of the announcement mentions this equipment.
