The interior features 4 comfortable bedrooms with a total of 7 beds, including 6 double beds and a sofa bed, ensuring peaceful sleep for all guests. The house includes 3 bathrooms - 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub - offering sufficient space and privacy for everyone.



The fully equipped American kitchen will delight food lovers. It includes a ceramic glass cooktop, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, and all the utensils necessary for preparing delicious meals.



The house is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump heating system to ensure optimal comfort all year round. A television is also available for moments of relaxation.



Outside, you will enjoy a private fenced garden, garden furniture, and a terrace. The heated private pool will be an additional asset to relax and have fun (from May to September)
