Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. World-class skiing, year-round cultural events and robust seasonal activities characterize Park City, home of Marriott's MountainSide, providing you the ultimate in Park City ski lodging. The MountainSide offers multiple outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, pool, fitness center, convenience store, kids room, along with daily family activities. There are also many dining options within a couple minutes walk from the front door. Along with being one of the most convenient locations for skiing that Park City has to offer, the MountainSide is a short walk to historic Main Street, assorted shopping and dining, and the free Park City shuttle, offering bus service to the whole Park City area.

** All villas are assigned at check in

** Marriott's MountainSide uses a rotation system for unit location. The rotation system helps give equal opportunity for Owners and Guests to enjoy all the views the property has to offer.

** Please note - that the resort can only store packages for one week prior to arrival. Any packages received before that time, will be returned to sender.

** All guests on property are required to wear a property wristband. The property wristband allows Owners and guests to use our onsite amenities. Wristbands are distributed upon check-in and the number of wristbands are determined by the occupancy of the villa you will be occupying.



** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

** Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

** Neighboring construction noise will impact the property through July 2026.

Great Park City location

We had a great time at the Marriott Mountainside resort for our ski trip! The check in process was seamless, location was amazing and the resort amenities were enjoyable. The resort is close to a shuttle stop and located in Park City Village. We did not have a car and never felt that we needed one. The ski in/out access was more than conveinent and the hot tubs were great after a long day of skiing! We would highly recommend!

Convenient

One studio room for 2 people was perfect for us. We did not spend much time in the room other than to sleep. It does not get any closer to Pay Day and Crescent chairlifts. Access to downtown on the bus is a half block away and a couple minute ride. Check-in was very easy and underground (beneath the Marriott) parking was great.

I’ll Be Back

The room was clean and the bea was very comfortabke. The room was perfectly located allowing for easy access to the activity center, pool/hot tubs, snd to walk straight out to the slopes. The ski valet located near the exit made storing our ski equipment effortless. Finally, we were close to downtown food and shopping options. Perfect location!

Great location and ideal apartment floor plan

You won't know the specific location of this unit until you check in but we lucked out with a top floor mountain view. These 1 BR apts have a full kitchen open to LR and dining area, with great window seats. Easy walk to all downtown restaurants and to the Town Lift. Easy in/out in garage parking. The Marriott folks do a good job with maintenance and cleaning.

Location! Location! Location!

We love the convenience of ski-in/ski-out with an on-site ski valet! We stayed at Marriott Mountainside in past years, but missed our opportunity to book directly this year. We booked through VacationCandy instead and hoped for the same 5-start service. We were not disappointed! Check-in/check-out was an easy process, and we enjoyed all the amenities Marriott Mountainside had to offer--slopeside hot tubs; evening entertainment (Brats, Beer & Blues (band); king cake for Mardi Gras); nearby restaurants and bus service to Main Street and nearby grocery store. We also love the ski access from the Park City mountain to The Canyons via the Quicksilver Gondola--offers so many additional runs from which to choose! We love this place and would definitely return!

Ski getaway

We have stayed at the Mountainside resort multiple times. The location can't be beat! So nice to have valet service for ski equipment with easy access to a nearby lift. The hot tubs are perfect for apres ski! We also love the convenience of catching the bus service into Main Street and also the nearby grocery store. We definitely plan to stay again! Also, our Uber driver could not be located the morning of our departure (although confirmed the night before) and the concierge at Marriott Mountainside immediately started calling shuttle services on our behalf and had one pick us up for the airport 10 minutes later. We could not have made it on time without his help!

Better then we Expected

Very pleased with the location. Stepped out of the VRBO has been right on one of the two main lifts. Walk to Main Street for dinner. Was truly 15 minute walk was not difficult. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Customer Service - Thank You!

The Marriott Mountainside Resort is probably our favorite for skiing Park City. The room and resort were perfect for as long weekend with my college aged son. This is the first time using Vacation Candy to book it, as they are a reseller for unit owners through VRBO. I’ve seen some criticism posts regarding their role as a broker, but I believe they serve an important role to connect owners with non-owners to be able to use the resort. In that role, it all comes down to customer service. Our flight was delayed 4 hours, and we arrived at 12:30pm at night. The resort didnt have a record of our reservation, and we were able to get in contact with vacation Candy Right away. They worked with the resort to get us a room that night, and then came the next morning to straighten it out. Based on my interactions with the resort, it was clear to me that this was the resort’s mistake, and not Vacation Candy. Vacation Candy was responsive and got it handled for us. Mistakes and problems happen in life, it’s who you are about them that matters. Paul and Vacation Candy were on it and resolved it immediately. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Quick ski getaway

Perfect accommodation slopeside for my son and I for 3 days of skiing. Amenities are fantastic, ski valet, fire pits, 5 hot tubs and heated pool all with a fantastic view of the mountain.

Loved my Sundance stay

As someone used to piling into shared houses during the Festival, this studio condo was a dream. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Main Street so I was able to save money on Ubers.

Perfect Location

If you’re looking to ski, I doubt many places in the area do ski-in/ski-out better. Just walk out back and ski down to the lifts. Complimentary ski valet means you don’t have to walk far lugging gear. Indoor parking was included, and much appreciated, with PCMR now charging for parking and requiring reservations. The pool and hot tub were excellent as well. All-around fantastic stay!

The room was very nice. It was as close to the slopes as you can get. It was nice to be able to drop off our skis on the way in the door in the afternoons. Also it was close to the bus stop which made it easy to get to downtown.

Oustanding Ski in Ski Out Option in Park City

The Marriot Mountainside is the best ski in ski out option lodging in the immediate Park City Mountain Area. The hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is especially kid and family friendly and has an extensive list of activities on site for all ages of children and families. The resort has a small convenience store, pool tables, a recreation room, and outdoor heated pools and Jacuzzis. The hotel is located at the base of Payday and Bonanza Ski Lifts and sits on the end of the plaza square along with restaurants, bars, and ski rental equipment. The hotel is short walking distance to the shuttle and bus stops which then allow easy access to all of main street. The resort offers lodging from single rooms to 2 bedroom fully equipped condos. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the hotel offers free underground on site parking. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to ski Park City mountain and have an effortless and enjoyable stay.
