Wonderful vacation spot

Ocean Point is a real delight. The pool area is wonderful and because they have several pools, you can choose whether you prefer the active or the quiet area. I have been to the Marriott vacation resort in Ft. Lauderdale several times and Ocean Point is so much nicer and the area is delightful for walking.

Just perfect.

From the moment I arrived, to when I left a week later, I enjoyed staying at this property every minute. The kitchen was well-equipped, the unit was spotless, soundproof, I can't think of a complaint. There are activities all day for all interests. Or a great pool and beach to just enjoy.

wonderful water aerobics

This resort has 2 pools. One for 18 y. & older and another pool for the family. Pool chairs are configured so there is room between the chairs so you can sit in them from the side vs. crawling in from the bottom. They have a great activity crew with an hour of water aerobics w/ weights in the morning, afternoon cardio dance, stretch, walk club, etc. Great team of employees!

Laid back traveler review

Disclaimer: I am very laid back when it comes to traveling. I don't expect to have the best night sleep I've ever had or expect the furnishings to be spotless. We travel to Florida yearly to visit family. Usually we stay with them, however this year we were traveling with a 2 month old and 2 yr old so we wanted our own space. The condos worked out perfect for us. The decor was very nice, our bed could have been better but like I said we have a 2 month old so we don't sleep much anyway. Loved the washer/drier used it several times. They provide laundry soap too! The grounds were great! Lots of fun stuff for kids. There was one pool that seemed like the 65+ pool and a family pool. Nice little bar for drinks and bar food. The food is way over priced and not very good. They have a little market that I thought was great. They had little essentials you may have forgotten like butter, eggs, coffee creamer, limes etc! I would stay here again, and we probably will next year!
