Located just 8 km above Talla, this holiday apartment is just the right holiday destination for couples or single travellers looking for the tranquillity of the woods and relaxation in nature.



The apartment is part of a restored former mill yard. There is a cosy living room/kitchen with bathroom, a wooden staircase leads to the romantic bedroom on the gallery. A small private terrace adjoins the large natural property, which is surrounded by woods. A footpath leads down to the mill stream, where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days.



Places to visit in the surrounding area include the Romanesque Pieve di Socana, with its Etruscan foundations; the medieval towns of Bibbiena (15 km) and Poppi (18 km) and, for trekking and biking, the Casentino Nature Park, with its castles and the impressive Franciscan monastery of La Verna (25 km). Arezzo is 35 km away. In the small town of Talla there is an outdoor swimming pool, a small supermarket, bar and restaurant.



Note: The forest road is unpaved, with cobblestones and slopes with dips in places. It is not suitable for low cars, motorhomes and motorbikes.
