Craving a stay of pure refinement? This unique and carefully curated apartment welcomes you in a setting as chic as it is comfortable. Its secret? A living area bathed in light within a superb living space, with herringbone parquet and a hushed ambiance... A little gem perfect for a romantic getaway, an upscale business trip, or a stylish solo weekend.

The accommodation consists of:

Living room: Imagine: large windows, elegant curtains, a herringbone parquet that softly creaks under your steps... All in a generous space to read, work or savour a coffee while contemplating the city.

Open, functional kitchen: hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge everything is there to play chef... or to have food delivered with panache.

Accessible by a staircase, the bedroom overlooks the entrance like a precious alcove. Dimmed atmosphere, small perched cocoon: this is your suspended refuge.

Bathroom: sober and simple.



Easy and paid parking at Imbach square. (free at night).

In the heart of Angers, just a stone's throw from shops, museums and the best addresses. Perfect for exploring Angers on foot!

Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Your digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, parking tips bin information
