Located on the heights of Vars, the Hameau des Rennes residence consists of charming 3- to 4-story chalets. It offers access to a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool (open December to April).
The hamlet enjoys a prime location at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlift, directly accessible via a central elevator. Underground parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and ski rentals are just 200 meters away. Surface area : about 42 m². 1st floor. Orientation : East, South. Living room with bed-settee (160*200). Bedroom with double bed (160*200), TV. Bedroom with bunk bed (90*200). Open-plan kitchen with kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), oven / microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Bathroom. Separated WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
