Looking for "Luxury at home" on your vacation! This stunning new construction has everything to make a very memorable vacation! Featuring 3 King-size suites, a more private location in the back of the development, 2 stall garage and all the amenities you look for - you may never leave! Located in Powder House Pass Subdivision, you'll have everything you need in minutes! ATV and snowmobile trail #5 is adjacent to the subdivision so you can easily ride and sled from your front door! Just east toward town, you can find the Mickelson Trail Head or turn up to the Terry Peak Ski Area. Just 10 minutes west you can find Spearfish Canyon for some wonderful hiking, biking, rock climbing and fishing! Deadwood is only a 10 minute drive, Sturgis is 30 minutes away and it's only 45 minutes to Mountain Rushmore and Custer State Park. The best part?? After all that sight-seeing and adventuring, you can relax in style at The Juniper!

Walk in the front door to a spacious, open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and gorgeous windows looking out to the Mountain scenery. The living area has a flat screen TV and gas fireplace, Dining area seats 8 comfortably and the well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to make family style meals. The walk-out takes you to the covered patio with BBQ grill, fire table and private hot tub - keep an eye out for the wildlife that roams this area. The main level also has a King-size bedroom with attached bath. Upstairs you will find 2 more King bedrooms, both with their own attached bathrooms.

The development has paved roads and the cabin has lots of parking for trucks and trailers. 2-stall garage available.

Peaceful place

3 couples stayed at the Juniper for 3 nights. We found it very clean and beautiful. Each couple had a king suite with their own bathroom. We enjoyed sitting around the gas fireplace in the living area and also the one outside on the patio.The area was quiet and lovely. We took several walks in the area and loved that.We pretty much had everything we need but the owners brought us over more coffee cups and got the tv set up for us very quickly.Thank you for a wonderful place.

This was a beautiful home and everything we needed was available and close to the trails. Each bedroom had their own bathroom so this was wonderful. Only thing is the tub/showers are very slippery on the bottom and could use some grip strips or something. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us and we will be back and recommend it to others

Family Adult Trip: Party of Six

We had a great time at Juniper. The home and neighborhood are beautifully nestled in natural surroundings. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle yet close to Deadwood and Spearfish Canyon. We towed a trailer with three motorcycles, two trucks and had plenty of room to navigate the parking area and garage. The location is perfect - we rode over 1000 miles, taking in all the beautiful sights. It was a pleasure to come back to Juniper after long days, to enjoy the home comforts, peace and quiet, grill, and hot tub. Every evening, we enjoyed grilling and the tranquility of Juniper within the Powder Pass Community.

Love the location of this property, easy access to main road, paved streets in the subdivision. Kitchen was very well equipped and even provided the wonderful Dakota Coffee! Very enjoyable stay, great value!

Luxury Modern Farmhouse with Excellent Snowmobile Trail Access and Heated Garage

Our family was very impressed with this home and all it offered for our snowmobiling weekend in the Black Hills. The house was spacious and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub each evening after getting back from a long day of riding snowmobiles. It was wonderful to have a garage to thaw out our sleds and park our truck indoors. Plenty of room for our 4-place trailer in the driveway. Trail 5 was located right on the edge of the development, so we could just ride out of the driveway on our machines to enjoy the day without trailering to a trailhead parking lot. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful house! Couldn’t regulate temperature:(

The house is beautiful. Roomy. Great location! Loved the garage for us in the crazy cold weather too. The only thing that would keep us from returning is that it was impossible to regulate the temperature in the house. The downstairs master bedroom and bathroom was freezing and the upstairs was uncomfortably warm….and we didn’t have the heat turned on upstairs. Huge problem especially with an infant.

House was great, was not as private as pictures portrayed. Only complaint the house right behind had its outside lights on the entire time and shined in ours, was very bright in the master bedroom and living room at night

Beautiful Juniper Home!

The Juniper is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood!! The 3 ensuite bedrooms were perfect for our group of 3 couples. The kitchen is well furnished. The upstairs bedrooms stayed a bit chilly with the air on & the baths could use a few more higher quality towels. Overall, one of the best properties we've stayed at thru VRBO!!

Black Hills Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Juniper. It is a very beautiful and welcoming home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for preparing meals. We went more of the crockpot route as we planned to be hone most of the day. The beds are comfortable as well. Thank you for welcoming us into your home.

The set up of this place was perfect for our trip-2 dads and 2 daughters so having 3 rooms with their own bath was really nice. Being so close to the snowmobile trails was also a perk.
