PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, this elegant apartment enjoys an East-West exposure and a sea view visible from the moment you step inside.
The entrance opens directly into the bright living room, featuring:
- A dining area for 6
- A lounge space with a sofa and smart TV
- Access to the main terrace, which overlooks the pool and offers an open sea view
The fully equipped, independent kitchen is west-facing and includes all appliances and cookware needed for home cooking.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1 (West side): Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with toilet, and access to a small terrace with greenery and partial sea views.
- Bedroom 2 (East side): King-size bed (180x200 cm), direct access to the main terrace, sea view, and en-suite shower room.
- A separate WC completes the sleeping area.
Each room is tastefully furnished with high-quality materials and minimalist decor, keeping the focus on space and view.
Private underground parking is included.

From Nice Airport: approx. 35 minutes by car via the A8
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car
The apartment is located on a hillside—having a vehicle is recommended.
Please note: there is a 5–7 minute uphill walk from the residence’s entrance to the apartment.
