Stay in a charming, historic Casa Mina-style house, built in 1910, located in the historic Rio Grande neighborhood, just minutes from downtown. Our private suite includes two queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking. Relax in our cozy common area and enjoy our prime location, close to restaurants, museums, and the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Our automated check-in system, personalized service, and immaculate cleanliness guarantee you a worry-free.

I am always available through message board or regular text message.

Casa Mina is situated in El Paso's Rio Grande Historic District where you will find homes with similar architecture along with El Paso Historuc Museum walking distance from the Casa Mina.

You will have access to a full private apartment consisting of a kitchen, dining table, living room, bedroom, and bathroom as well as a shared lounge area, business center, and parking area around the back

At Casa Mina you will experience a Modern midcentury decor at a beautiful home built in 1910 with a lot of history! You will neighbor another 4 units you can find on Airbnb. They all share a lounge area, business center, back private parking, and half restroom.

You can grab an uber, bus stop in front of the house, walk to EP's free streetcar or grab a cab.

Our students enjoyed their summer internships in El Paso and their extended stay at Casa Mina. Host was accommodating and responsive throughout. Aside from an air conditioning issue, which I image is common during extremely hot summers like this one, all else went well.

It is very cute. It was very easy to check in. Our apartment was decorated very retro and very pink but i loved it. It is a very old house converted into apartments so not everything is perfect but it is a awesome place to stay for the weekend

Good value

The property was as described. But it's an old place that has been somewhat superficially updated; some things - like windows and floors with protruding nails - have not been. Communication was somewhat problematic: we had to wait at the door for about 20 minutes before we got instructions on how to check in and the 'check out' instructions arrived after we had gone (we left early because we couldn't make coffee without coffee filters).

This Vrbo was dirty and dusty. When we walked in the place had a smell. Upon entering the room, and looking around, the stove looked awful. There was hair on the beds and the place looked messy overall. When we contacted the host, she suggested we stay the night there and she will send cleaners in the morning. I told the host that due to the conditions of the place, we couldn't stay there because my mother's health was a priority. The host made it seem like it was no big deal and stopped communicating with us. I then had to involve Vrbo itself, and they couldn't get in contact with the host. When we and vrbo finally got in contact, the host refused to give me a full refund, simply because I did not stay one night there. He offered me a half refund, and only for the cost of the room, not for the cost of the fees that I also had to pay. Vrbo refunded me the fee for them. After going back and forth with the host, the host stated that we gave no indication that we were not staying there. I then sent him the screenshots of the messages I had with the co-host where I clearly stated that we could not stay until the place was clean. They never contacted us about it. Also most of the reviews are padded by one person saying the same thing in Spanish.

Cute stay!

It was great- looks exactly like the pictures! Except all the windows were a little cracked open and would not close all the way so the cold would get in a bit.
