Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. The past meets the present at The Westin Kierland Villas, located on 10 acres within the exclusive Kierland master-planned community just outside Scottsdale, Arizona. In addition to a host of on-site activities, guests staying in the villas will also have access to amenities at the adjacent Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. Boasting more than 300 days of sunshine, the area is renowned for its breathtaking sunsets, stunning vistas and fascinating history. Pretty close to perfect

Everything was clean, beautiful and easy. We will definitely be back. Our only ‘complaint’ was it was noisy but we were place on the side near a busy pool which was a great location with the kids to everything so it was hardly an issue.

Family Spring Break

Westin Kierland staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy. The premium villa was perfect for us. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the pool and access to the resort. We also really liked the grill areas and used them multiple times. If there was one complaint, it was the drinks at the pool. Ordered a Captain Morgan and coke and could only taste the coke - drink was $13.00.

Great Resort

The Westin Kierland Villas is a first class resort and a great destination for a winter break. The villa and the replacer property are well maintained and the resort staff is professional and helpful. In addition to the resort, you are close to some of Scottsdale’s best shopping, dining and activities.
