In the heart of Paris 15, enjoy this beautiful apartment located in the beautiful Grenelle neighborhood. This exceptional family accommodation is 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars, Trocadero Square and the Champs Elysées. 4 minutes from the Seine.

Equipped with a bedroom, a living room open to a very well-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc.) and a bathroom with a shower.

This family apartment, very quiet and bright, is close to all sites and amenities. The "Dupleix" metro station (line 6) is 1 minute away.

Appartement bien situé mais bruyant la nuit (proche metro), propreté moyenne et vaisselle manquante (pas de petites cuillères et seulement 2 mugs) Salle de bain en mauvais état (joints et carrelage abimés et sales).Pour courroner le tout, impossible d'obtenir une facture et le propriétaire ne donne aucun signe de vie depuis plus d'1 mois passé à lui demander.

The apartment is located in a generally convenient area with good access to public transportation. While the location wasn’t bad, we didn’t find it very walkable to most of the areas we explored and relied on Bolt/Metro for getting around.The hosts were kind, welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth and helpful from start to finish.The apartment itself was mostly clean and functional for a short stay. However, some parts of the space felt dated and in need of maintenance. In particular, the bathroom felt worn and less comfortable than expected, and there were a few minor upkeep issues that impacted the overall experience.Overall, the apartment is suitable for a short visit if you prioritize responsive hosts and transit access, but some updates and attention to detail would improve the comfort and quality of the stay.

Le logement est exactement tel que décrit : très bien placé pour découvrir Paris, confortable, fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre.La procédure d'arrivée a été perturbée par un bug de l'application Abritel qui m'empêchait d'accéder au message avec les consignes de check-in, problème résolu quasi immédiatement par le gérant de location.La procédure du paiement a elle aussi été très compliquée avec un paiement
