The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this air-conditioned apartment with a swimming pool for rent in Garéoult. It has a surface area of 37 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,500 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with sofa, TV, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 6×3 m swimming pool, heated and shared with another apartment. Open from June to September (heated in June and September). Fenced with a security gate.
- A shared garden surrounding the house on all sides
- Several terraces around the house, two of which are covered with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Garéoult, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two parking spaces available inside the property.

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Toulon train station is about 40 minutes away by car.
- Toulon airport is 45 minutes away and Marseille Provence airport is 1 hour away.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We ask that you leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
