Great house - booked twice already

This was the second time that we booked this house. Each time it is a wonderful place to stay. The house is very clean and has everything we need. The neighborhood is quit and welcoming. I will be coming back for a third time in the future.

Great location

Home was just as described. Communication was very prompt. We had a few issues with appliances, dryer and freezer not working well. We called and someone was over within 30 mins, even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I do have to say there was a slight odor in the home, which never went away but we used candles and made it tolerable. The space in the house was perfect for our needs. We had 5 adults, myself, my husband, my daughter and her husband and my single daughter. It was nice we each had our own room and own bathroom. I will say my husband thought the mattress was uncomfortable (very firm) but that’s a personal preference. The kitchen was equipped with enough pots, pans, and all necessary dishes to make simple meals. Each bedroom and the main living room had its own air conditioner. Which was very necessary in the Aruba heat. The outdoor pool area was wonderful. We spent our mornings by the pool and evenings in the sitting area outside. The location of house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping. We rented a car which we were glad about as nothing was really within walking distance but only a very short car drive. I would recommend this rental and would definitely rents again.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

In the area of Noord Aruba, there will never be a shortage of adventures to go on.

You will find a wide selection of Noord Restaurants in the Palm Beach area across from the Noord resorts. From Italian and American to Japanese and Argentinian, there is so much variety in cuisine here.
Go for a quick drive or a leisurely stroll and explore all the fun things to do in Noord! Noord, meaning north in Dutch, geographically encompasses the northern reaches of the island, including Palm Beach, the epicenter of tourism on Aruba and home to the high-rise hotel area, world-class restaurants and cafes, nightclubs and bars, casinos, shopping, and the protected wetlands of the Bubali Plas Bird Sanctuary. Noord’s reach to our northwest and northern coastlines includes the beaches of Palm Beach, Fisherman’s Huts (a windsurfing and kite boarding mecca), Malmok, and Boca Catalina and Arashi (spectacular snorkeling spots). Along the northern coast, the crashing waves and limestone cliffs provide a beautifully dramatic change of scenery.
