The host was great with directions for our arrival and departure. The condo included everything a couple would need for their stay. The location and views are perfect for a relaxing time on Manasota Key.

We enjoyed our week stay on Manasota Key at this condo. We loved the balcony view each morning of the bay and private access to the Gulf beach just across the street. It was nice to have access to use of their beach chairs and umbrella to chill on the beach and also have access to a heated pool if we wanted to. The condo was clean and quiet. The location of the condo made it easy on and off access to the mainland and enjoyed the "lower key vibe" of Manasota. Although some parts of Manasota Key are still recovering from hurricanes last year, this complex was in very good condition. Alex was very responsive to our questions and provided good check in and check out procedure information.

Short walk to the sand bar for live music / food and drinks ! Short walk to beautiful stump pass beach . The condo was well stocked / clean / beautiful view from balcony . It is exactly as pictures show. Host was easy to reach . Easy check in . Small quiet condo complex ! We will be back . Loved it !

Location!! The location was on the bay and we had beautiful views of the water from the balcony. The condo itself was nice and clean and had everything that we needed.

Alex was so kind and easy to work with. The condo was perfection. We enjoying sunrise over the bay while having coffee every morning and sunset across the street many nights. So many walkable great restaurants. We want to return again!

Quiet and calm!

Cozy condo with a terrific view of the bay. We enjoyed watching a new pier and boat slips being installed.Lots of construction continues on Manasota Key.

Fantastic Place

We loved this condo and the complex. Alex was great to communicate with and fast replying to any messages. The complex is nice and small with a great pool.We saw dolphins every day from the balcony and even manatees one morning!! Perfect Location

We had at great week in this beautiful condo. A perfect location walking distance to all restuarnats. There is a great view of he bay from the patio and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything you might need. Great Communication with Alex. We highly recommend a stay here.

Outstanding Bay view

This was our first time to stay on the bay side in Manasota Key. I was amazed at the beautiful view. The condo was updated and comfortable for two people. We will definitely stay again. Alex responded promptly, the couple of times we needed to contact him. Highly recommend his condo.

6 STARS- Exceptional Hospitality

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in Manasota Key, and I can't say enough positive things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear our hosts, Alex and Marcia, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail just really made us feel at home. The property itself was like relaxing in paradise. Everything was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the outdoor area and serene surroundings. The location was pretty much ideal; Lemon bay to the rear, and the beach towards the front of the property. Even more valuable than the property itself, were our wonderful hosts. We experienced some of Florida’s hurricane weather while we were there, and it was clear that our well being and safety was priority for them. Alex provided us with great insight and support ahead of the weather, and we were able to make it safety through the storm. He also shared some amazing local food recommendations for dining and activities, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our time in Florida was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large part to our amazing hosts Alex and Marcia. We can't wait to return for another stay, and 100% recommend ANY property hosted by Alex and Marcia, including this gem in Manasota key.

Beautiful view

Very peaceful week with beautiful views of the Bay from the balcony. Area was very easy to get around with restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We would definitely go back.

Fabulous View

The location is amazing and a great place for a vacationing couple to stay. The view is fabulous and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins and boats go by. The beach and multiple restaurants are within walking distance, and the host was friendly and available to answer any questions. The place is clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come here again.

Great location

Cute, clean unit very close to the beach snd several fun restaurants and bars. Great fun watching the boat traffic on the bay from the balcony, not to mention the dolphins that came by often. Would rent again.

Pallagi Spring Break 2024

El Galeon East 205 was the perfect place for me and hubby. It was very clean and spacious for the 2 of us. We traveled from Hanahan SC parked the truck and was happy to walk or bike ride to dinner, beach and more. Definitely a place we would love to come back to. Thank you Alex!

Waterfront vacation on Manasota Key

We had a terrific spring break vacation staying at this property. First off, we had the unbeatable combination of a great view of the ICW, and then only a short walk across the street to access the Gulf of Mexico. We were also within walking distance of more than four restaurants/bars, and the local public beach. It was a short drive to stock up on groceries at Publix, and a short drive to Dearborn Street in Englewood and all that area has to offer. Back to the condo, we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. It was relaxing just to pass the time watching the occasional boats cruising by. In addition to seeing a few dolphins from the balcony, we were treated to a special visit by two manatee, not that far from the dock area. Overall this has been a great experience, and the owner gave us great advice on local destinations. We want to come back next year already!

Perfect Anniversary Get-A-Way

Our first time on Manasota Key was fabulous. We loved everything about the condo, the location, the view and the peaceful surroundings. Our hosts made the reservation & check-in process easy. And we were treated to the most wonderful surprise - a bottle of champagne, a sweet anniversary card & $ for dinner. It was a perfect week!!

Clean and comfortable

Cleanliness is my #1 priority. Fantastic condo to stay at. The view of the bay is phenomenal. We spent many hours on the deck. Beach is a very short walk across the street. Our two favorite places to hang out are within a 10 minute walk. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
