Kitchen equipment: refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, etc. Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (140cm). Private enclosed garden. Located 200m from the North beach and 500m from the town center. TO BE PAID upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €400 for the rental, €70 for cleaning and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €70. Pets €30/pet + a security deposit of €100.
