Former family home, today this cottage is classified "3 stars Meublé de Tourisme", "La Chadenède it is designed to accommodate 10 people and has a surface area of 125 M2. This house is located in a small hamlet (8 Kms from Sainte Enimie and Ispagnac), near our campsite "Les Osiers" and has a fenced plot.

* - It is preferable to smoke on the terrace for the well-being of all. Thank you

* - Towels and sheets are not provided, possibility of renting disposable sheets ( 15 € /gd beds; 12€ /Small beds ), and rental of towels including 1 towel (50x100) and a bath towel ( 70x140) at the rate of 6 €/pers/ Notify in advance.
Disposable blankets and mattress pads (changed after each tenant) are provided.

* - heating and wood fireplace is not included in the price, a flat rate of 7 per night is requested at the entrance of the cottage if the tenant wishes heating.

-* The end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price, it must be carried out by the tenant. Cleaning fee possible on request in advance (not possible on some Saturdays): 130 €.

-* Pets allowed for an extra charge of 4 €/night.

-*A deposit of 630 euros (500 euros damage deposit and 130 € cleaning deposit) by check or bank transfer will be requested at the entrance to the cottage and returned on the day of departure or returned within 7 days.
