You are also welcome to relax in the private backyard and exterior space. While the home is entirely yours to enjoy, the owner live right next door and we are on the platform or phone call away readily available to assist you with any questions or needs that may arise during your visit.

Getting around is most convenient by car, and we provide free parking on the premises for your vehicle. If you prefer not to drive, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the Cutler Bay area. For those traveling by air, Miami International Airport is approximately a 35 to 40 minute drive from the property depending on traffic conditions.

Trash & Recycling Rules:

All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the green bin with the lid completely closed, while the blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling. Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup. Incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee.



Grill Reminder:

If you use the grill during your stay, please remember to wipe it down after use. Otherwise, it can create a safety hazard and may result in an additional cleaning fee.



Interaction with Guests:

Since we value privacy during our own travels, we generally give guests plenty of space. However, we're nearby and always happy to help whenever you need assistance during your stay.
