Ideal Vacation Rental

My wife and I fully enjoyed this fully equipped, centrally located, beautiful 3-bedroom (2 BR) house with a dock on a canal. Furnishings were stylish with excellent light and every convenience was provided. We were within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shopping. We'll definitely be looking for this property again at our next vacation opportunity.

Great House and Location

We stayed for 3 weeks and were able to easily gain access and acclimate for a quick start to our stay. The house is well-stocked with towels, kitchen items, comfy beds and an inviting patio. The location is walkable to multiple restaurants, shopping, the weekly farmers market, 2 grocery stores as well as the Marco Island Racquet club and Markle Park facilities. We rented bikes for the 2 mile ride to the beach. Quick responses from our host. Great stay!

Comfortable home, nice place to stay in Marco

Nice home, very comfortable and clean. Close enough to some restaurants etc. on Marco, that you can walk to them in 10 to 15 minutes, which was nice. Checkin was easy and owner was very responsive. As an example, We left something at the house and the host was kind enough to let us know and mail it to us.

Wonderful Experience

This house was perfect and the entire rental process couldn't have been easier. The house and property were immaculate and communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. The house has everything you need, more than any other we have rented. We had family come visit at different times and they were also very impressed. Everything you could need is within walking distance. We stayed here a month and loved every minute. Really liked the pool and outside patio, we ate almost every meal out there, no bugs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Property manager quickly attended to issues like the cold pool...Lydia was very helpful and prompt

Disappointed that the beds were just uncomfortable double beds in the second and third bedrooms (Queen sheets were supplied but were way too big). There was no hot tub that was listed on the site. Unfortunately there was construction of a dock system across the canal that meant on most days a piledriver banged in pilings from approximately 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM obviously nothing that could have been done but just to let subsequent renters know at least that dock is in now

Connie Thank you for your stay but regarding your comments about hot tub we never had and never listed that . We are truly listing all information on the website and no one complained before. We don't have double beds in any room and no construction dock across a Canal, Probably you mixed houses as I know you moved to our house from another one where you have been for a month .Our house is supplied with several beds sheets and all in right sizes, maybe you use wrong one from King bed instant a queen Again ,Thank you for your stay.

A true gem with everything you need

This was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in more so than some of the more expensive ones. This home had everything we needed and towels galore. It is in and excellent location, very close to everything including the beach. It had a beautiful pool. You can watch the sun rise from the front and the sun set from the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Overall this was mine and my families favorite rental ever. We are already looking to see when we can return. The host was wonderful and keeps a beautiful home. We are so glad we found this gem.

Relaxing palacial jem

Beautiful, elegant, and beachy, everything we needed in the kitchen to stay in and cook, relaxing view of the water. The pool was splendid. Plenty of towels, lots of thought went into every detail. Huge TV with great sectional. Washer and dryer super new and easy to use. Everything was perfect. When we needed to come a day earlier than our reservation, the owners were super accommodating--as the week went on, they were attentive and helpful to everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood, near everything, lots of burrowing owl habitats that the kids enjoyed seeing. Short walk to an ice cream place! We could not have been more happy with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Marco Island.
