Welcome to Stone, a lovely townhouse located right in the heart of Concarneau. Perfectly situated, it allows you to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the town while leaving your car behind — everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, markets, the port, and beaches.



Designed in reverse for added comfort, the house features two bedrooms on the lower floor to keep things cool in the summer. You'll find a spacious room with bunk beds, followed by a corridor leading to the only bathroom with a toilet. The second bedroom is located just beyond and is accessible through the bathroom.



Upstairs, you’ll discover a bright open-plan living space combining a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a pleasant balcony — perfect for your morning coffee or evening drinks in the sun.



Whether you're visiting as a couple, with friends, or as a family, Stone is the perfect base for exploring Concarneau on foot and soaking up the local charm.



Please note: there is no parking, baby bed, or high chair available in the accommodation.

Our concierge team offers a linen rental service for the duration of your stay:

Bed sheets + bath towels kit: €20 per bed.

Bed sizes: one 160x200 cm bed, and one bunk bed with two 90x190 cm single beds.
