Ground floor: living spaces and first bedrooms From the entrance, a large living room welcomes you with a large sofa, a Smart TV and a pool. A second relaxation area with sofas and fireplace (out of use) invites you to relaxation. The dining room opens onto the terrace where you will find a large dining area and a garden lounge. In love with large meals, a large open kitchen fully equipped will fill you. On the night side, this level has three bedrooms with double beds (140x200cm), as well as a shower room with double sink and toilet. First floor: spacious rooms and library A master bedroom with king size bed (180x200cm) as well as a private balcony and an en suite shower room. A library space with babyfoot precedes a corridor serving two other rooms with king size beds (180x200cm), which share a shower room with double sink and toilet. Lower floor: rooms and garden access This level includes two bedrooms with queen size beds (160x200cm), one with direct access to the garden. A bathroom with double sink and toilet and a games room complete this floor. An additional shower room, accessible from the garden, is ideal for swimming pool returns. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available.
