Ground floor: 1 double bedroom 1 room with trundle bed (2 single beds).

First floor: 1 large bright double bedroom.

Renovated bathroom with bathtub and washbasin.

Functional and open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, hob, refrigerator, Delonghi ground coffee machine, kettle, etc.).

Living room with piano, library, vintage furniture, warm and vintage atmosphere.



Exterior:

Large tree-lined garden, garden furniture.

Table tennis, basketball hoop, barbecue.

Parking possible in front of the house.



Location: quiet neighbourhood, close to beaches, cycle paths and shops.

Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance
