Decent Place to Stay
This unit was on the 2nd floor. Although I knew that, I didn't realize there would be 45 steps - a bit too much for my knee! I arrived after hours and check in was easy and on site. This unit was well equipped in terms of dishes and pots/pans. The kitchen was on the small side with not much space to store any food items we brought. There was a large table (perhaps a bit too large for the space) that seated six people. Each of the two bedrooms had a ceiling fan and A/C unit. Both had beside baskets and a basket in the bathroom to hold personal items which was nice. In addition, both bedrooms had plenty of space with clothing as there were lots of hooks and chest of drawers. Overall the unit was clean although the bathroom lights need to be cleaned. There was not a light over the bathroom mirror which made it hard to see to put on makeup. There was a nice trail to walk to walk to the base. We were there in the summer so I'd think this trail could be used for ski out. Not quite sure how it would work for ski in. We also saw bears from our patio in the early morning which was cool. There were two major downsides. First, while we were there, there was construction on our building which was loud and annoying. Had I known that, I would have asked to cancel. Second, the beds were uncomfortable. They were very hard. None of us got any sleep b/c they were that hard.
