The unique charm of a duplex with a mezzanine: parquet flooring, wrought iron staircase, slate bathroom... The entire loft overlooks the bright interior courtyard (12 m of bay windows).
The decor combines design (open-plan kitchen with central island) with the warm wood of workshops (parquet floors, beams...) and retro objects (old KISS pinball machine in WORKING ORDER, typewriters, fans...) and items brought back from faraway travels (masks, statues....)...

Our well-appointed 100 m² loft has:

On the ground floor, 30 m²:
- a red ochre bedroom with a large double bed opening onto a bathroom with two sinks built into a large slate basin, a large bathtub built into the teak floor and a separate toilet. Washing machine/dryer.

First floor, 60 m²:
- a large yellow ochre open-plan living room with a lounge area and a double sofa bed (slatted base). (Large screen LED TV, home cinema, computer with WiFi, DVD player, etc.).
- A working Flipper Kiss pinball machine in the dining area with a large table and chairs overlooking an open kitchen.
- Under the mezzanine, there is a bedroom with a bed that can be used as a single or double bed, and a desk area.
- On this floor, there is a toilet and a sink.
- The kitchen has a central island (counter/stools). It is fully equipped with an electric oven, 4-ring induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, espresso machine, dishwasher, etc. Basic items such as oil and spices are available for use.

The 10 m² mezzanine:
- Upstairs, there is a children's bedroom (single adult bed) separated by a partition with a shower room and sink.

A cot can be provided on request.
Secure parking can be rented opposite our building (usually available) on request.
