This 4-bedroom 2-bathroom ranch home, sleeps 10 with only a tiny 1/2 stair in the front for easy access. The living room has an open floor plan perfect for family interaction. Kick back and relax in the fenced backyard, launch your own boat, or venture out and see all the things Lake Conroe has to offer. The home is clean, stocked, and we provide a key code for easy access. All bed and bath linens are provided including most everything you'll need for a nice comfy stay. Free parking spaces

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
 Remove all perishable items from the refrigerator and freezer. Except items we normally stock like catchup .......  lock all windows and doors.  Shut blinds.
 Start all Towels in Washing Machine.  Load and start the dishwasher  Leave on the front porch light  Put away all games, toys, or other items that were taken out  Load and start the dishwasher
 Put ALL trash and recycling in the trash can in the kitchen.  Put away all games, toys, or other items that were taken out  Turn off lights & electronics, except for ones on timers

Quite comfortable

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Nice and clean and comfortable beds. Made for a relaxed evening with family.

Great House!!

We stayed one night for the oilman triathlon. The house was perfect! Clean, plenty of rooms, updated and a Galaga arcade game!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Perfect spot for the wedding we attended, bit of a plumbing issue but I am sure they will handle it, communication was great and house was clean and living room good for all of us to spread out and relax after the wedding.

I'm so glad you had a good stay. We enjoy having families. Yes, there was an issue with the pipes splitting due to the weather and a hurricane. Great to have cameras that can find those issues. It's fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience. Safe Travels, and we'd love to see you all again.

Relaxing

We rented the home for a truck show we go to regularly in the area. The neighborhood is really quit and well lit. Beds were comfy and the fact there were board games to play while we relaxed after spending all day outside... was great. The arcade didn't work but egh.. we still enjoyed the place

Communication with the host was pleasant, and check in was smooth. The home was spacious, and the beds were comfortable.The main issue was expired food and drink items left in the house, along with notes asking guests not to throw condiments away. We found electrolyte bottles that expired in 2023, which was concerning. There were also dusty windowsills and some confusion due to conflicting checkout instructions between the email and the house notes.After reporting these issues, the response felt a bit dismissive. Overall, the stay was okay, but the expired products and lack of attention to detail were disappointing.

Enjoyable stay

It was a home away from home for us. There were a couple minor details but we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful neighbourhood in a great location.
