Far from the hustle and bustle, this beautiful apartment offers a unique view of Cannes and the sea. In the morning, the light crosses the living space, the terrace opens onto the south and invites you to relax. The calm of the hill, the comfort of a neat interior, the city below: everything is gathered to fully enjoy the Riviera.

HOUSING
Located on the 1st floor with elevator of a luxury residence, with swimming pool at the back of the building (no noise nuisance), the apartment crossing north-south offers an unobstructed view of Cannes and the Mediterranean.
From the entrance, a corridor serves the different rooms of the apartment. On the south side, the living room includes a large sofa, a smart TV large screen, a dining area, and directly overlooks a large terrace arranged for lunch or relaxation.
On the other side, a fully equipped independent kitchen opens onto a north facing balcony, convenient for fresh cooking.
The room, also facing south, is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200cm) and has direct access to the terrace.
A bathroom with bath, basin and bidet is attached to the bedroom. An independent toilet is in the hallway.
The accommodation has a parking space in the basement.

From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes station: 9 minutes by car.

Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
