Beautiful ocean front 1400 square foot condo overlooking Jaco Beach. Relax on the 200 square foot balcony with beach and ocean views. This two bedroom, two bath condo has two king size beds and one single bed. The condo has A/C, WiFi, and cable television. This is an elevator building, one of the few on Jaco beach, and has free parking and Twenty-Four Hour Security. Free access to the Croc's Resort pools, which is the best beachfront pool in Jaco, are included.

This property has a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean views. The balconies at this property are some of the best and largest in all of Jaco. The property has two beachfront pools, plus access to the Croc's Casino and Resort located directly next door.

Rental includes access to the Croc's Casino and Resort located directly next door. Use of the Croc's pool, restaurants, and coffee cafe are included in the rental. The Croc's pool. is the best beachfront pool in all of Jaco. At the Croc's pool you can relax on a lounge chair poolside while the wait staff serve you from a full bar and restaurant. Croc's also has two restaurants, and a coffee cafe where you can order an espresso, latte or cappuccino to start your morning.
The building features 24 hour security guards for your safety and peace of mind. The guards can call a taxi cab to take you anywhere you want to go for a low price.
