Feeling fancy

This place was way better than I expected. The place is absolutely gorgeous and fun. Everyone loved it. The owner was super nice and accommodating. I loved reading the house rules and check out list. I did have minor issue with the phone number. I used the one emailed to me to say I'd arrive in a hour but when I showed up he didn't realize I was arriving. But everything worked out well and I was extremely happy with my stay.

Magical !!!

We stayed here over thanksgiving holiday. It was winter time but that’s what made it even more magical for me . It was away from the rest of the world in a winter wonderland . I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this place . The upstairs is smaller than I thought it would be , but we didn’t mind it ! There are two full bathrooms upstairs and you have to go through a bedroom to use one or the other but no biggie . We are a close family so it’s not like anyone minded walking through the room they stayed in . I was hesitant about the basement being in a separate entrance- you have to go outside and down two small flights of concrete stairs . We had walkie talkies to communicate quick , and we all took turns checking in on the happenings of the basement w the teens . We LOVED the fact they had their space for games and we had our games/ relax time . The parking outside is very small. Good thing the cabin next to us was not rented so we didn’t have to park down the road - which wouldn’t have been bad any way it’s a short walk . All in all this place was fabulous ! Host was very communicative , accommodating . Can’t wait to comeback and try it in the summer as well (;

Day Mountain Ranch was purchased in 2017 and construction started in 2018 by the Day Family in the Cub River area, located at 77 S. Springcreek Rd. Preston, Idaho. When Doug looked over the land, he envisioned The Day Mountain Ranch, a resort with horses, cattle, and luxury cabins. He bought the 1,675 acres and began to do what he had been doing all his life: build.
