Fully furnished, just bring your toothbrushes and clothes. Enjoy your stay in a quiet community just 5 and a half miles from the heart of a thriving city with a small town appeal in our town square. Culture , history, eateries, and sites! We are just 30 minutes west of Ft Worth and an hour west of Dallas. We can sleep 10 to 16 . Small gatherings are permitted in a respectful manner please advise of small gathering to better plan parking as this home is in a residential area.no wild parties. +++CHURCH GROUPS reach out if you need the minimum night policy waived.+++

Incredible Stay

Sibling Christmas trip

We are all from different areas from Texas. We met up in weatherford and we had a great time! House was perfect. Well suited for families with lots of room.

Family time

Very nice home in a very nice area. Everything was organized and neat. The host had provided a goodie, Merry Christmas basket that was a hit with my family. The beds were comfortable. We lacked for nothing. Since we had a family gathering after a graduation, it was really nice that there was a huge table where all could sit. The host was attentive and responsive. Highly recommend this home

Great place. Nice spacious home in a beatiful quiet neighborhood. We were here with 4 adults and 3 kids and still had room to spare. Highly recommend.

Family - Son got married at The Brooks in Weatherford

We needed a place for family during our stay in Weatherford for our son's wedding. The house was perfect. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lots of room and plenty of bed. It was easy to find, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Highly recommend.

Everything you need

It was great! The house is out in the country where it’s peaceful and lovely. The furnishings were very nice and the kitchen had just about everything you could need. It was just as described.

Awesome Place

We were here for my son's wedding. The property location and host accommidarions made everything so less stressful. We were worried about our 2 dogs. The yard accommodations for the pups was perfect. I would stay again, thank you making everyrhing so perfect.

Property met all our needs. Owner available to speak with. Ample supplies in kitchen, bath and bedrooms. Set up a welcome basket of snacks and provided additional supplies.was very pleased and would recommend.

Refreshing time in the country

My husband and I and a friend stayed at this property with our two dogs for a wedding. It was everything they said, and the owners were super helpful and always responded right away if we had a question. Our dogs (two sweet Golden Retriever sisters) enjoyed the backyard and the patio. The neighborhood was very nice. We had loads of room. It was cozy and comfy and they had even left some snacks and drinks (waters, sodas)!in the fridge. Really close to Weatherford’s cute downtown. Thanks for restful overnight!

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER

We rented this home to stay in for our son's wedding. It was literally the icing on the cake. It is a beautiful home that made us feel like we were at home. From the amount of room to the coffee bar to the heated toilet seats to master suite with the whirlpool, we were spoiled from the beginning. The hosts were so gracious and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be keeping this home in mind for future trips. From booking to checking out, this VRBO was a rockstar! We could not have been happier!!

So quiet

Perfect for group of 9. 4th "bedroom" is through master bathroom. Unusual, but worked. Lots of snacks, coffee, pantry items, towels, bedding, etc. The owners were extremely responsive to our questions. Beautiful view! Will definitely return if we are back in the area again. Thank you again!!

This was definitely what we needed.

If you have small animals you need to watch them in the backyard. There are wide openings in the fence. We were so happy that they allowed animals. Our dogs are part of the family and we enjoyed the family wedding 30 min away.

Nice house. Great location

This was the perfect house in the perfect spot for my family to stay for my sons wedding. It was centrally located to all the places we went. Hosts were very responsive and great to deal with!

Very Convenient

This house worked out very well for all of us. Town was only 5 miles away and my sister’s house was only 11 miles. I would recommend this listing to anyone.
